We guarantee all Lightriders lights against malfunction for one year.

We expect you to be delighted with your new bike light. In the unlikely event of your goods arriving in a damaged or faulty condition we will replace your goods or issue a refund if you prefer - please let us know straight away.

We recommend that you use a registered postal service to return your item(s). Lightrider Ltd will not be held liable for the cost of return or lost parcels.

Please note that for returned goods, we will refund the price of the goods but not the delivery. For exchanges, the replacement goods will be delivered to you free of charge.

Privacy Policy

Lightrider Ltd is committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998), and do not disclose buyers' information to third parties.

Returns Policy

The UK's Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 allow you to cancel your order within seven working days from receipt of goods. Please note that this is nothing to do with the Sale of Goods Act, which deals with 'faulty' products. If your purchase is faulty, we'll deal with this under our normal returns procedure. Please note if you are a business customer you have no rights under the above regulations to cancel your order.

You have the right to cancel your order at any time up to the end of 7 working days after you receive the goods

To exercise this right to cancel your contract you must email to info@lightrider.co.uk with the order number and your instruction to cancel. Notification by phone is not sufficient.

The customer is responsible for all direct costs involved in returning products to Lightrider. If your order has already been dispatched, you must repackage all the relevant items (batteries, clips and box) and return them to lightrider at the above address. You must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged in the meantime or in transit. The item(s) must be returned in stock condition i.e. as it was when it was delivered to you.

If we do not receive the item(s) back from you, we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost.

We will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that order as soon as possible, and in any case, within 30 days after we receive your notification. In turn, goods must be returned as soon as possible in order that your credit can be actioned within 30 days.
